We have developed a web browser for TWAS studies across hundreds of complex traits, hosted at www.twas-hub.org. The primary goal of this interface is to make it effortless to explore TWAS gene associations in large-scale data, and to investigate relationships between traits across genes and at individual genes. This includes interactive visualizations of TWAS conditional analyses (ex: here), shared loci between diseases (ex: pleiotropic associations with neuroticism, and tissue-specific predictors (ex: a CNTN4 brain-specific association with schizophrenia).

This analysis includes the latest publicly available GWAS data as well as >300 heritable health records from the Neale lab rapid GWAS release.
