Gusev Lab is based in the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute / Harvard Medical School and affiliated with the Division of Genetics at Brigham & Women's Hospital and the Broad Institute.

We are quantitative geneticists working on methods to understand complex disease. Our research focuses on deciphering the biological mechanisms of disease and response to therapy, and developing accurate predictive models for large clinical cohorts.
